Fifty high-end villas are optimally positioned to take advantage of the context and views while maintaining the natural character that defines the site.

Each villa would be set within courtyard walls providing one more level of privacy and security. The villas, courtyards, and village clusters are inspired by Saudi vernacular architecture merging development with site to enhance the sense of place.
